Dr. Muhammad Imran is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science, Faculty of Life Sciences, Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan. He obtained a Ph.D. in Food Technology from the National Institute of Food Science and Technology, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan. He completed an Indigenous Fellowship Program as well as an International Research Support Innovation Program (IRSIP) fellowship. He has expertise in extrusion technology, microencapsulation, lipids chemistry, sensory evaluation, and food process engineering. He has authored more than 100 publications in scientific journals and written 15 book chapters. He has attended several conferences as an invited and keynote speaker, as well as numerous seminars and workshops.
