Ana Alice Vilas Boas is a full professor with extensive experience in human resource management at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA) and the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ), Brazil. She is a researcher and lecturer with academic formation at the University of Reading, UK and HEC Montreal, Canada. She has supervised numerous master’s dissertations and Ph.D. theses. She is also the author and editor of papers, chapters, and books published in Brazil and worldwide. In addition to human resource management, Dr. Vilas Boas studies the quality of working life.

In this book, we learn about organizational conflict, highlighting different perspectives of conflict resolution and conflict management in different settings and areas, as well as different theoretical views on this subject. The authors from Norway, Estonia, Nigeria, Israel, USA, Slovakia, Turkey, Finland, Uruguay, and Italy bring ideas, studies, findings, and experiences to enhance our knowledge in the field of organizational conflict. The book is divided into two sections, and their respective chapters refer to two different perspectives of study.
