Patrizia Lombardi (PhD at University of Salford) is Professor of Economic and Planning Evaluation at the Architecture & Planning School of Politecnico di Torino and Vice-President of the Alumni Association of the Politecnico di Torino. She is Director of the UNESCO Master “World Heritage at Work” at the ITC-ILO and member of the Scientific Board of CSI-Consortium for Information Systems of the Piemonte Region, Turin (IT). She is an established figure in the field of evaluating sustainable development for over 20 years, publishing widely in the subject area and coordinating, or serving as lead partner, in a number of Pan-European Projects. She is member of the G8 University Council and of several International Scientific Committees on smart cities, e-governance and cultural heritage. She is also member of the Editorial Board of all: Intelligent Building International Journal (Earthscan), Smart and Sustainable Built Environment (Emerald) and Territori (Compositori).
