J. Antonio Aznar-Casanova was born in Zaragoza (Spain), is a Professor of the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Barcelona (Spain) expert in visual perception and attention. He has directed several research projects in the field of 3D vision. He has published six books on these subjects and more than 20 scientific articles in journals indexed in the JCR-SSCI (ISI). It is currently a member of the SEPEX (Spanish Society of Experimental Psychology), and the ISP (International Society for Psychophysics). He is consulting editor of various national and international scientific journals. His main scientific interest focuses on explaining how the brain represents the visually perceived space.
