İbrahim KÜÇÜK received both his MSc. degree in 1987 and the PhD. degree in 1993 from the Middle East Technical University of Ankara, Turkey. He has joined as an instructor at the Erciyes University, Kayseri, Turkey. Currently he is a professor at the same university, head of department ofAstronomy and Space Sciences. He has published several papers, primarily in the fields of stellar evolution of low mass stars and radio astronomy. He is studying for the foundation of a national radio astronomy observatory, which will become the first in Turkey.
