Dr. Vito Bobek is a Professor of International Management at the University of Applied Sciences FH Joanneum (Graz, Austria); Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor; and Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. He published over 500 units in his academic career and visited 22 universities worldwide as a visiting professor. He is a member of the editorial boards of six international journals. He has a long history in academia, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Among his previous functions, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of KBM Infond Management Company Ltd, an advisor to the Minister of Economic Relations and Development, and a member of the Strategic Council of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia.

Dr. Tatjana Horvat is an Associate Professor of Accountant and Auditing at the University of Primorska, Slovenia. She is a certified state internal auditor (licensed by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia), a certified internal auditor for the business sector, and a certified accountant. At the Ministry of Justice of Slovenia, Dr. Horvat is a member of examination boards for court expert candidates and judicial appraisers in the following areas: economy/finance, valuation of companies, banking, and forensic investigation of economic operations/accounting. At the leading business newspaper Finance in Slovenia (Swedish ownership), she is the editor and head of the area for business, finance, and tax-related papers, as well as educational programs. She has written over 300 articles, papers, books, and manuals, and was a guest at many international scientific and business conferences and universities.
