Charalampos Konstantinidis

Dr Charalampos Konstantinidis graduated from the medical school of the University of Patra in Greece in 1996. He completed his training in Urology in 2004. In 2005 he obtained the title of Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). He had post-graduate training through clinical fellowships at the Urology Department of Nordwest Hospital in Frankfurt, Germany, at 'Sava Perovic Foundation”, practising in genito-urinary reconstructive surgery in Belgrade, Serbia and in Neuro-urology Unit of University Hospital of Innsbruck, Austria. He worked as a consultant in Urology at the Urology department of 'Asclepion” hospital of Athens in 2005 and since the August of 2006, he has been working as a consultant in Urology in the National Rehabilitation Center of Athens. In 2012 he obtained the title of Fellow of the European Committee on Sexual Medicine (FECSM). Dr Konstantinidis is an active member and member of boards and committees of national and international scientific societies and associations (HUA, EAU, ISSM, ESSM, SIU, MIPS, ICS and INUS). He has delivered more than 150 lectures in the field of functional urology (Andrology, Sexual Medicine, Urodynamics, Incontinence, and Neuro-urology). He has the authorship of: • 5 book chapters regarding neuro-urology and sexual function of paraplegics • 15 international publications and more than 30 ones in the Greek languish • 260 oral, video or poster presentations in domestic and international congresses.
