Carlos Escott

Carlos Escott graduated with a degree in chemistry from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico. He also obtained a master’s degree in Food Engineering Applied to Health from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), Spain, and a Ph.D. in Agro-environmental Technology for Sustainable Agriculture from UPM. He is an R2 food technology researcher and professor of the enology and vinification module at UPM. He is the author of forty-three papers, including thirty-six research articles and seven book chapters.
