Danielle Palma De Oliveira
Dr. Danielle Palma De Oliveira graduated from Federal University of Alfenas (Pharmacy and Biochemistry) in 1999, obtained a Master's Degree in Toxicology and Toxicology Analysis from the University of São Paulo (2002) and obtained Ph.D. in Toxicology and Toxicology Analysis from the University of São Paulo (2005). She currently holds the position of Associate Professor of the Department of Clinical, Toxicological and Bromatological Analysis of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto (FCFRP / USP), in the area of Environmental Toxicology. Dr. Palma De Oliveira has been President of the Brazilian Society of Toxicology (2016-2017). She is a coordinator of the Environmental Toxicology laboratory at FCFRP – EcoHumanTox, author of 74 articles in the area of Toxicology and 17 book chapters and one of the publishers of the book "Toxicity Assessment - Methods and Protocols" published by Springer in 2021.She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Pharmacy, with an emphasis on Environmental and Occupational Toxicology, working mainly on the following themes: evaluation of mutagenic activity of environmental samples, evaluation of genotoxic dyes and chlorination products, research of emerging environmental contaminants and alternative methods to animal experimentation. Dr. Oliveira also has experience in toxicological assessment of ingredients applied to the pharmaceutical industry and experience in the PDE / ADE determinations, according to ICH Q3C (residual solvents) and Q3D (elemental impurities) guidelines.
