Lukman Abdurrahman
Dr. Lukman Abdurrahman received the bachelor’s degree in engineering physics from the Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB), Bandung, Indonesia, the master’s degree in information systems from Claremont Graduate University, Claremont, CA, USA, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and informatics from ITB. For more than 20 years, he worked at PT. Telkom Indonesia - a company that provides Information and Communication Technology in Indonesia - in various assignments, namely Information Systems, Activity-Based Costing Projects, Small and Medium Enterprise Projects, IT and Management Audit, and others. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Telkom University, Bandung, Indonesia. He teaches introduction to information systems, strategic planning of information systems, information systems professional ethics, and auditing and information systems control techniques. His research interests include information technology value engineering, information systems service management, IT Balanced Scorecard, and information governance and management.
