Junsheng Huo got his Ph.D of Food Science in China Agricultural University in 1996. He worked as a post doctor in National Institute of Nutrition and Food hygiene, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine (NINH, CAPM) from 1996-1999. He works in NINH, CAPM which renamed NINH, CCDC later untill now. He worked on national nutrition intervention projects which aimed to eliminate the micronutrients deficiency. He has participated researches project funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Health and international organizations such as GAIN, ILSI, UNICEF and WHO. He has published more than 200 scientific papers and 18 nutrition books, organizing drafts of 10 national or hygiene standard and proved 5 invention patents. He also works as a member in academic and standard committees in China.
