Alemayehu Gebremedhin

Dr. Alemayehu Gebremedhin is a researcher and senior lecturer at Gjøvik University College (GUC), Norway. He also oversees the study program Renewable Energy at GUC. He is also associate professor in Energy systems at Linköping University, Sweden where he earned his licentiate degree and Ph.D. Dr. Gebremedhin’s experience in the area of energy includes system analyses, modelling and optimisation of energy systems, district heating systems, renewable energy and industrial energy conservation. Dr. Gebremedhin is the member of the advisory board of Inland Norway Energy Agency and co-founder of bioenergy alliance inland Norway.
