Dr. Sakthivel Lakshmana Prabu is associated with Anna University since 2009. He qualified in GATE 1998 and secured 95.36 percentile (All India Rank 110). He received his PhD degree from Manipal University and postgraduate diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He is having very good reputed pharmaceutical industrial experience in quality assurance, validation, and formulation development. He has been awarded 3 international patents, published 88 peer-reviewed publications; authored 11 book chapters; edited 1 book, and is editing 2 books which are under process. Book chapter entitled “Extraction of Drug from the Biological Matrix: A Review,” InTech Publication, has been downloaded more than 20,000 times worldwide. He is serving as a reviewer for eight reputed journals and an editorial board member for five journals.
