Assistant Professor Pitchaon Maisuthisakul is a lecturer of Food Business Management and a staff at department of Food Science and Technology, School of Science and Technology, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Thailand. Her interested research focused on food antioxidant and characterization of plant phenolic compounds, and encapsulation of active ingredients. She has been given awards for outstanding dissertation from Kasetsart University. She is a member of Association of National Science and Thai Association of Biotechnology. She has over 48 research publications.
