Sadia Ameen

Jeonbuk National University

Professor Sadia Ameen obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. She is an associate professor in the Department of Bio-Convergence Science, Jeonbuk National University, Republic of Korea. Her current research focuses on dye-sensitized solar cells, perovskite solar cells, organic solar cells, sensors, catalysts, and optoelectronic devices. She specializes in the synthesis and application of clean energy materials. She received a gold medal for academic achievement and several scientific honors, including the Excellence in Research Award, Outstanding Scientist Award, Asia’s Top-50 Scientist Award, Certificate of Excellence, and Best Researcher Award. She was listed among the world’s top 2% of scientists by Stanford University, USA. She has authored or co-authored more than 130 peer-reviewed papers on solar cells, catalysts, and sensors, as well as contributed to book chapters and edited several books.
