Prof. Nurzhan B. Beisenkhanov, now is Deputy Head of the Laboratory of Nanotechnologies, Kazakh-British Technical University, Almaty, Kazakhstan. He got his Bachelor Sc. in physics at Kazakh State University (Almaty) in 1983, degree \kandidate of phys.-math. sciences\ (PhD) at Institute of Microelectronics Technology and High Purity Materials of Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Chernogolovka) in 1994, degree \doctor of phys.-math. sciences\ at IMT RAS in 2011, a title \Full professor in Physics\ by authority of Ministry of Education and Sciences of Kazakhstan in 2017. The number of publications - 134. He has experience as reviewer of 4 scientific journals with impact factor above 1, PhD Thesis (Russia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan), etc. He is a member of American Chemical Society, American Association for the Advancement of Science, and Russian Academy of Natural History. He was awarded medals of the State of Kazakhstan and scientific communities. Currently Dr. Nurzhan B. Beisenkhanov’s researches focus on the nanostructure of thin (100 nm) SiC films (Superlattices and Microstructures, Elsevier, 2017) and synthesis of nanocrystalline thin films TaNx, TiNx, TiSix, Cu (Materials Today: Proceedings, Elsevier, 2017).
