Graduated in Dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry of Araçatuba (FOA-UNESP), Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (USP), Master and PhD in Stomatology from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (FOA-UNESP), Postdoctoral fellow at the Immunopharmacology Laboratory of Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (FOA-UNESP) and postdoctoral fellow at "Cancer Pain Laboratoty" and "Bluestone Center for Clinical Research" at the University of New York (NYU). Essentiality Educator and Researcher of the Tempo de Ser System (STS). He is currently Assistant Professor of the Discipline of Stomatology at the Department of Diagnosis and Surgery and Supervisor of the Oral Oncology Center (COB) of the Faculty of Dentistry of Araçatuba (FOA-UNESP). He coordinates the Psychosomatics and Education Research Center (NuPPE) and the FOA / UNESP Psiconeuroimmunology Laboratory. He has clinical experience in the area of ​​Stomatology and in the psychosomatic assessment of patients with oral and maxillofacial diseases and head and neck cancer. Responsible for the research line in Psychoneuroimmunology and Cancer, guiding Master and Doctoral students. He works as a researcher developing research on the following themes: Psychosomatics, Psychoneuroimmunology, Oncology, Psychological Trauma, Pain, Stress, Emotional Disorders, Spirituality, and Neuroscience.
