Prof. Wilson Nwankwo is an astute multidisciplinary professional with sound training and several years’ experience in Computing, Information Technology, System Engineering, Healthcare, Risk management, Health Information Systems, Portfolio management, Project Finance and Governance, Project management, Budgeting, and Health Law and advocacy. He has an indefeasible passion towards leading innovative projects to transform business, organizational and socioeconomic process chains through consistent and careful research, initiating, designing, implementation and maintaining intelligent frameworks, policies, systems and networks across various sectors of the national and global economies such as International trade, Oil and Gas, Financial institutions, Manufacturing, Education, Health, Defence and Security. Prof. Nwankwo holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Information Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri Nigeria with bias on Enterprise systems, Business Intelligence and CyberSecurity; a Master of Science in Computer Science, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing from Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Doctor of Optometry degree and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science. Prof. Nwankwo is a Certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Risk Management Professional, a Certified Quality Auditor, an Oracle Certified Expert, a Certified Systems Engineer, and a Certified Information Infrastructure Specialist. Prof. Nwankwo, who is currently a Consultant with Stewart Intersea Limited Lagos Nigeria, is also a Professor of Software Engineering & Cybersecurity in the Department of Computer Science at Edo State University Uzairue, Nigeria. Prior to joining Edo State University Uzairue in 2018 as an Associate Professor, He has taught in the following Institutions: Wellspring University Benin City Nigeria, Kampala International University Kampala Uganda, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho, SouthEast College of Computer Engineering and Information Technology amongst other professional and allied institutions. Prior to his academic career, Prof. Nwankwo has served in various operational and strategic management capacities in reputable organizations in Nigeria contributing to immense growth and productivity through innovative process re-engineering.
