Dr. Mirosław Jakubowski has graduated in Mechanics and Machine Design from the Rzeszów University of Technology in 2003. He worked as a car service assistant and was responsible for control and tuning of car suspension geometry, as well as disassembly/assembly of vehicles before/after body and paint repair. In 2005 he was employed at Rzeszów University of Technology at the Department of Combustion Engines and Transport. In 2006 he completed a six-month professional internship at MSX International Engineering GmbH in Munich, Germany (present company name: mpx Entwicklung GmbH Pininfarina Gruppe). He has worked in the design team specialized in the design of automotive components (mostly body). In 2008-2009 he worked as a CAD trainer at Leopard Automobile and ASSISTO where he shared with his skills on CATIA applications. In 2005-2009 he studied doctoral studies in the field of Construction and Operation of Machines at Rzeszow University of Technology - The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics. In 2012 he obtained a Ph.D. degree in technical sciences in the discipline of Construction and Exploitation of Machines and he works as Assistant Professor. His main interests are automotive technology and the use of modern technologies in machine design - computer-aided design and reverse engineering technologies.
