Rabin Gyawali

Dr. Rabin Gyawali is a research scientist (microbiologist) in the food science field. His research has been centered on various aspects of food microbiology and safety. Particularly his research interests relate to dairy science, food fermentation, probiotics & prebiotics, natural antimicrobials, and food safety. As of now, he has published approximately 20 peer reviewed articles, and six book chapters dealing with these topics.
