Soheli Farhana
Dr. Soheli Farhana joined the MIIT as an academician in December. She received her Master in Computer and Information Engineering and PhD in Engineering from the International Islamic University Malaysia. Before coming to MIIT, she was the visiting researcher at MIT, MA, USA. Dr. Farhana’s research focuses on the Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistor, Nano-biosensor, artificial intelligence in machine learning, and Big data technology. Dr. Farhana received the IIUM Faculty of Engineering doctoral dissertation award, IIUM president award, Gold medal from international research exhibition, IIUM post-doctoral fellowship and the best paper award at the engineering congress, imperial college, United Kingdom. She was also the recipient of the Professional of the Year Award from Worldwide Who’s Who.
