Pedro Ferreira

Pedro Ferreira holds a PhD in Economics and Management (European Doctorate) from the University of Santiago de Compostela. He carried out his thesis on the theme "High-Involvement Work Practices: a comparative study of European countries", which was distinguished by Emerald and the European Foundation for Management Development with the Outstanding Doctoral Research Award (Highly Commended) in the Human Resource Management category. He is currently Adjunct Professor at the Agueda School of Technology and Management at the University of Aveiro (ESTGA-UA) where he teaches subjects in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. He is a Researcher at REMIT - Research on Economics, Management, and Information Technologies. His research interests are essentially in the areas of employer branding, internal brand management, wellbeing, employee engagement and consumer-brand relationships. He regularly publishes in international scientific journals and participates in international conferences.
