María Jesús Callejo

María Jesús Callejo is a professor at the Food Science and Technology Department, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), Spain. She specializes in cereal grains, properties, processing and product quality. She is the coordinator of the Master in Food Engineering Program at UPM. She is the Spanish delegate at the CTN 34/SC 9 –Cereal and Cereal Products AENOR (Asociación Española de Normalización) Committee. She is the author of more than 20 research articles, 2 books and 1 book chapter. She received the Puratos Great Taste and Wellness Award at the 13th ICC Cereal and Bread Congress-Cerworld 21st (2008).
