Enéas Ricardo Konzen

Enéas Ricardo Konzen is a Forest Engineer (Federal University of Santa Maria, Brazil) and Doctor of Sciences – Biology in Agriculture and Environment (University of Sao Paulo, Brazil). Part of his Ph.D. was conducted at University of California Davis, USA. His post-doctoral research was conducted at the Federal University of Lavras and at State University of Santa Catarina, Brazil. He is currently Adjunct Professor of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. His research interests involve population genetics, molecular biology and physiology and phenotyping of abiotic stresses. He has published articles and book chapters on genetic diversity, structure, and phenotyping of traits associated with abiotic stresses in plants, with emphasis on dehydration-responsive genes and their geographic and environmental structure.
