Zehra Altınay
Prof. Dr. Zehra Altınay has given and participated in various seminars for both professional and academic development. She teaches undergraduate courses on classroom management, community service, barrier-free technologies, organizational behavior, and communication within the scope of educational sciences. She also teaches postgraduate courses on organizational communication, organizational culture, information management, and information technologies in management. Prof. Dr. Zehra Altınay is a full-time faculty member at Near East University, North Cyprus, as the head of the Department of Educational Sciences. Previously, she carried out accreditation studies while she was the head of the Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Department. She is a member of the Board of Graduate Education Institute and the chair of the ethics committee at the Institute of Graduate Studies . She is also the head of the Societal Research and Development Center affiliated with the Center of Excellence. As the chair of the Disability Rights Monitoring Committee, she also works on projects about disability and rights. She is a journal and book editor and referee. Within the scope of the Social Research and Development Center\'s activities, she conducts collaborative scientific studies on disabled children and women, open educational resources, unobstructed tourism, and education without disabilities. During the pandemic period, Dr. Altinay worked on projects with many institutions, organizations, and universities in these areas, and she continues to publish literature on institutional cooperation, new technologies, and social benefits.
