Dr. Mustafa Namdar received the B.Sc. and Ph.D degrees all in Electronics and Communications Engineering Department from Yildiz Technical University (YTU), Istanbul, Turkey. From 2000 to 2011, he was with Turkcell, Istanbul, Turkey and worked for the Network Operations Department as a Core Network Planning Engineer, for the Service Network Department as an Expert Engineer, and for the Research and Development Department as a Senior Expert Engineer, respectively, where he participated in several wireless communications based projects. He joined Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Dumlupinar University (DPU), Kutahya, Turkey, in Fall 2015, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. His current research interests include cognitive radio networks, spectrum sensing, spectrum utilization, cooperative & non-cooperative communications, receiver diversity techniques, and relay networks. He is an IEEE member.
