Abdullah Bade

Abdullah Bade holds MSc degree by research in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2003. He obtained his Doctorate degree in Industrial Computing (Computer Graphics and Visualization) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2007. He has taught various courses for undergraduate and postgraduate level, especially in the area of Computer Graphics, Computer Games, Virtual Reality, and some programming classes such as C, C + +, C # and Fortran. He has been actively involved in research and manages to secure several research grants from Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Science and Technology Malaysia. His research interest lies particularly in developing optimized algorithm for collision detection between objects, Deformable Body Simulation, Serious Games Simulation, Cloth Simulation and Crowd Simulation. Before he joined Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) in 2010, he taught at the Department of Computer Graphics and Multimedia, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Systems, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) for about 10 years, and his last position was Senior Lecturer. Currently, he is part of the School of Science and Technology, UMS and appointed as a Senior Lecturer for Mathematics with Computer Graphics Program.
