About the book
The book Fractal Analysis will concern practical applications including fractals. In particular, it will cover areas such as: medicine, sound engineering, image analysis and processing, artificial intelligence and many more. For example, in medicine, it will include areas such as group analysis, classification, clustering, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), electroencephalography (EEG), magnetoencephalography (MEG), electrocardiography (ECG) and other eg. RTG, PET, THV, USG, OCT. The book will present new methods of fractal analysis, provide block diagrams of algorithms and, in selected cases, contain source codes. It will hopefully be useful useful to engineers, mathematicians and PhD students and perhaps have a purpose in teaching activities. It could also be used in courses devoted to the issue of "fractal analysis" in the afore-mentioned areas of knowledge. In this respect, it will at the same time be the greatest authors’ contribution to the current state of knowledge. The book will contain many practical examples and the individual chapters will be presented in a clear and lucid manner, which will undoubtedly expand the group of potential readers to a great extent.
