Kadri Safak Gucer
Prof. Dr. Şafak Güçer PEDIATRICS PATHOLOGY Dr. Güçer graduated from Ankara Başkent High School in 1974 and Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1981. He received his speciality on Child Health and Diseases at the Department of Child Health and Diseases of Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. He worked as specialist of Child Health and Diseases and head physician at Ürgüp State Hospital between 1987 and 1992. He was awarded Specialist of the Year Award and awarded by the Ministry of Health. He was appointed to Nephropathology Unit to the Department of Child Health and Diseases Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine as assistant professor in 1992. He became associate professor in 1997 and professor in 2005. Since Nephropathology Unit and Pediatric Pathology Unit were combined in 2001 he has been carrying out studies within this unit. His professional interests include particularly kidney pathology and perinatal pathology.
