When people from various cultures get together, it might lead to misunderstandings and hostilities. Recent decades have seen significant shifts in cultural norms and values as a direct result of technological advancements. These shifts are happening faster than ever before, and they are causing tension between different cultures which is negatively impacting their Performance.
