Farida Huseynova

Bio-Data Farida Huseynova Farida Huseynova, Ph.D in pedagogy, works as the Head Specialist at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. She is an alumna of the TEA programs at Lincoln University, Nebraska, in 2007 (Education and Humanitarian Science) and Walden University, Minnesota, in 2009 (Educational Leadership and Management Program) by the IREX organization at the US Embassy in Azerbaijan. Her teaching philosophy is highlighted by her involvement in many educational projects, experiments, and study visits abroad to acquire international knowledge and skills. She has been given local and international awards and certificates: (diplomas; money, gifts; TKT; TOEFL; Aptis) Dr. Huseynova has been a junior expert in two EU-funded, developed projects: “Junior expert and author of a Module “School Manager” on a project Support to the Implementation of the National Qualifications Framework in Azerbaijan” (Europe Aid / 138339 / DH / SER / AZ) for 2019-2020; www.kvalifikasiya.az “English language mentor on a project Strengthening Research Development and Innovation in higher education in Azerbaijan” in 2019; She prepared educational materials for schools/educational establishments and with the general public on traditional food products, nutrition, and healthy eating and disseminated them to at least 50 schools on a project titled \"Improved Promotion and Marketing of Traditional Food Products for 2020-2021,\" BSI International Projects SARL, www.bsigroup.com. As an English language teacher, she is working on teaching in the education management department at ASPU and as an academic writing teacher for SABAH group students at the Azerbaijan Language University and the University of Economy.  She is the author of 18 teaching resources on English language methodology for secondary schools; Co-author of 5-th and 6-th grade English language textbooks for secondary schools; junior expert in preparing teaching aids in Azerbaijan.   Dr. Farida Huseynova continues her pedagogical activity teaching the English language at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University conducting American English for Educator’s online program materials as she is the local coordinator.
