Renato Souza
Graduated Degree in Physics from the Federal University of Maranhão (1996), Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Paulista State University Julio de Mesquita Filho (1998) and Ph.D. in Materials Engineering, Faculty of Chemical Engineering of Lorena (2002). Has experience in aerospace engineering, with emphasis on Mechanical Properties of Aircraft Materials, working primarily in the following topics: fatigue, corrosion, wear, AISI 4340, coatings, electroplating, thermal spraying, shot peening and aluminum 2524-T3. Held post-doctorate in fatigue of biocompatible ceramic materials from University of São Paulo, Engineering School of Lorena. He is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo, Campus São João da Boa Vista.
