Patrice N. Marche
Patrice N Marche received his PhD from University of Paris7 in 1982 and worked as post-doctoral fellow at the NIH-NIAID (1982-85). He was hired by the INSERM in 1991, worked at the Pasteur Institute in Paris (1985-96) and since then he is leading a laboratory in Grenoble dedicated to the study of the immune system in chronic diseases, especially those associated to viral hepatitis and endogenous retrovirus. Through collaborations, he contributing to the translation of innovations, based on nanotechnology, to biological and medical applications. He is author of more than 130 original articles and 3 patents leading to 2 new Start-up companies.
