Felix Kutsanedzie

Professor Felix Y.H. Kutsanedzie (PhD) is an associate professor in agricultural and biosystems engineering at Accra Technical University, professional engineer (IET-Ghana), Council Member, Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET-Ghana), Engineering Council, Ghana, Technical Committee Member, Member of America Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE), Society of Biological Engineers (SBE), prolific research fellow and writer who has published several publications peer reviewed journal papers in high impact Elsevier journals in the areas of nondestructive sensing technologies, colorimetric sensors, upconversion and surface-enhanced spectroscopy (SERS) nano and bio-sensors, and food process and bioprocess engineering, as well as bioenergy, fuel generation and waste management technologies. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Accra Technical University. Prior to that, he held positions – Head, Research and Innovation Centre (2013 – 2015); and Drone and Innovative Technologies Development Centre (2018 -2021). He served as an Associate Editor for the Directory of Open Journals (DOAJ) from 2015-2017; Liaison for functional food Africa Universities (2012-2016); Academic Editor for PLOS ONE; Guest Editor for Frontiers Sensors; Academic Editor for Nanomaterials; Editor of APT Multidisciplinary Journal and also, a certified Elsevier peer-reviewer on the Committee for Publishing Ethics (COPE).
