As an accomplished and detail-driven postdoctoral fellow and Researcher, I have produced several compelling, flawless content for a variety of publications, seminars and conferences. I have blended with the innovative ideas of Human resource management with several publications and international conferences. I have completed projects such as the Relationship between Perceived Corporate Reputation and Employee’s Positive Word Of Mouth Behaviour, Corporate Reputation as a Strategic Management Tool: Through the Lens of Employees, and the Influence of Corporate Reputation on Affective Organizational Commitment. My research interests include Human Resources Management, Corporate Reputation, Inter-Organizational Power Relations, and Entrepreneurship. Particularly, I am interested in looking at various stages of the employment cycle and how Corporate Reputation can positively impact the organization. During my Ph.D. studies, I have been intensively trained in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Both of those methods are utilized within my previous and current research. As an entrepreneur, I have received a grant from the Ministry Of Economy And Energy-KOBİGEM to start Entrepreneurship Education Program. I also delivered presentations on Gender Studies: Gender, Space, Place, & Culture “Challenges of becoming a woman entrepreneur in North Cyprus: A mixed-methods study” during the 7th International Conference at Eastern Mediterranean University in 2019. Currently, I am working on projects as a business consultant for strategic planning and strategic management, for companies.
