My work focuses on improving a complex production system by applying the Six Sigma method based on the use of multi-criteria decision support tools which were the result of numerous articles in national academic journals. and international. The work done during my thesis allowed me to work on a complex and innovative subject. I have developed a monitoring and improvement approach based on the construction of the Six Sigma method (Define, Measure, Analysis, Improve, Control) and a multi-criteria decision support approach. Through this process, I integrated mathematical optimization methods in order to establish a decision and determine the priority point to improve. However, some points remain to be improved. They concern in the Improve step of the Six Sigma method, I opted mainly for a deterministic approach. In other words, I didn\'t really consider the probabilistic aspect of the decisions. The factors and criteria considered for each of the decisions can however be the object of a probabilistic behavior, the weight of a criterion and the score of an alternative vis-à-vis a criterion and in general the utility, are important concepts in this thesis work and specifically in the step Currently, I am working on the combination of multicriteria optimization techniques and artificial intelligence for decision support.
