At first glance, the first thing you might notice is my extensive academic career that spans over two decades and ranges from in-depth research in the medical sciences to healthcare leadership. Through my diverse background in academia, I’ve been able to develop a wide range of skill sets as a Researcher, Professor, Director, and Managing Partner. How immensable to combine the breadth of my expertise to provide a strategic, consultative approach to business growth and development. Ultimately, my end goal is to add value to both customers and business partners by leveraging my knowledge of business practices and healthcare principles. With my academic background, I’m able to employ critical and analytical thinking skills that help solve problems and pain points with an innovative method. I’ve authored and co-authored a number of peer-reviewed publications that required a high level of comprehension, research and detail-orientation. On the other hand, the various leadership positions I have held has sharpened my business acumen and managerial techniques, especially when it comes to healthcare policy, large scale healthcare systems, administration, and increasing operational efficiency and productivity. Additionally, my exposure to a number of cultures through international study-abroad program has strengthened my cultural competency and appreciation for diversity. This worldview has translated into the ability to lead those under me with a strong set of interpersonal skills and attentiveness to individual and corporate needs.
