Noraniza Yusoff

Noraniza Yusoff was born in1974 in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia, and has been a lecturer in Development Management at Universiti Utara Malaysia from the year 2000. She completed primary and secondary education in Kuala Terengganu, undergraduate degree and Ph.D at University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, and Master degree at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi, Selangor. Her field of study is Geography and Sociology, and she has conducted research on community development, infrastructure, agriculture, education, urbanization and others. She has several publications at international and national levels such as books, journals, conferences, academic articles and other types of academic publications. She teaches courses such as introduction to social science, third world development theory, social impact assessment, gender and development, politic of development and others.
