Olcay Kaplan Ince

Prof. Olcay Kaplan Ince received her BS degree from Hacettepe University and PhD degree in analytical chemistry from Firat University, Turkey in 2008. From 2009 she was a research analytical chemist at Food Engineering Department, at Munzur University. She was the head of the Department of Food Engineering at Munzur University, from 2014 to 2015. Since 2015 she has served as an Editor of the International Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences. She is the author of more than 35 papers published in journals with good impact factor. Her research areas include Speciation, Trace and Toxic Element Analysis, Analytical Chemistry, Instrumental Analysis, Problem Solving in Analytical Chemistry, Food Science and Chromatography especially HPLC-MS and GC, Clean Solvents (Deep Eutectic Solvents), Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
