K. Lakshmi Ganapathi
Dr. K. Lakshmi Ganapathi is currently working as an Adjunct Professor (Inspire Faculty) at Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India. He received his doctoral degree in applied physics from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India. After completion of his Ph.D, he worked as a post doctoral researcher at Centre for Nanoscience and Engineering, IISc. His research interest is focused on Nanoelectronic devices: Device Physics, Device integration of two-dimensional materials and High-K dielectrics, Thin films: synthesis, properties and devices. He has published 13 international journals, one patent, and six conference proceedings so far in his research carrier.
