Dr. Wolozin received his MD, PhD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1988. After he was a postdoctoral fellow at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, then at NIMH/NIH. In 1996 he moved to Loyola University to become an associate professor of Pharmacology, and then in 2004 moved to Boston University as a full professor. He has dual interests, studying the pharmaco-epidemiology of dementia, and also studying molecular mechanisms of disease for Parkinson' s disease, amyotrophic laterlal sclerosis and Alzhiemer's disease.
