Maja Letica
Maja Letica was born in 1980 in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina where she graduated in November 2003 from the Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar. In 2014, she defended her doctoral thesis titled \"The Outsourcing impact on Business Performance\" at the joint postgraduate doctoral studies with the Faculty of Economics, University of Split and Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar. From 2005, she has worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant and since 2015, she has held the position of Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar. She is an Associate on the international project of the Republic of Croatia Science Foundation, implementation of the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb: \"Accounting and financial reporting reform as a means of strengthening the development of efficient public sector financial management in Croatia\" and was Associate in the IPA project \"Reform of Higher Education in B&H 2012-2014\". She has actively participated in several international and domestic scientific and professional conferences and has published more than 20 scientific and professional papers independently and in co-authorship.
