Dr. Roghayeh Imani is postdoctoral researcher in Experimental Physics at the Luleå University of Technology, Sweden. Her main expertise is in nanostructured semiconductors growth, characterization, and optoelectronic devices. She received bachelor and master degree in physics, and obtained her undergraduate training at Laboratory of Thin Film and Surface Physics. She was awarded her doctoral degree in Nanoscience-Physics at November 2015 from Electrical Engineering Faculty of Ljubljana University. During Ph.D. program she was conducted impressive research about biomedical application of multifunctional nanostructured semiconductors, and in 2017 her Ph.D. research selected as top-ten research has been done in Ljubljana University. Her postdoctoral research in Sweden, thus far, has been focused on development of stable and high efficient energy devices based on nanostructured semiconductors.
