Emerson Abraham Jackson
I am a qualified professional with over 20 years of experience in the UK and Sierra Leone. As part of my long standing experience and professional practice, I have being able to provide authorship in several international peer review journals [Journal of Mixed Methods Research, Education and Information Technologies, Method(e)s: African Journal of Social Sciences Methodology, African Journal of Economic and Management Studies and African Journal of Economic and Sustainable Development]. In addition to this, I have also gained research positions in the UK, both at university and practice level. Currently, I work in the capacity as a Senior Research Economist at the Bank of Sierra Leone research department, leading the modelling and forecasting section in monitoring price dynamics and its impact on the country\'s stability. I am in the process of completing a PhD in Sustainable Development in the Centre of West African Studies, University of Birmingham, with a blend of my research analytic skills and economics being utilised efficiently to enhance my professional competencies.
