Charalampos Skoulikaris
Dr. Skoulikaris Charalampos, Research Associate at the Civil Engineering Department, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Greece. Joint Ph.D. in water resources management of the Department of Civil Engineering AUTH in Greece and the Département de Sciences de la Terre et de l'Environnement, of Ecole des Mines de Paris - Paris Tech, France. Since 2008, Secretary General of the UNESCO Chair and Network INWEB (International Network of Water and Environment Centres for the Balkans). Research associate in more than 30 national, EU and international research projects related to: hydrology and hydrologic simulations at basin (national and transboundary) scales, hydropower simulation, integrated water resources management under current and climate change conditions, hydro-informatics, geographic information systems and water management, impacts of climate change on hydrosystems. Author of more than 70 scientific articles peer-reviewed publications in scientific journals, international and national conferences, and book chapters.
