Arif Sikander

Dr. Arif Sikander is a lecturer at Murdoch University, Australia. His diverse aviation qualifications include a Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. in aeronautical engineering, aircraft maintenance, flying studies, aviation & airport management and education. His aviation experience includes Air Force (on military jet aircraft), General Aviation (on light aircraft) and Commercial Airlines (wide-bodied aircraft). Dr. Sikander holds “Fellowships” at the Institute of Engineers Australia and Australian Institute of Management. He has published in many reputed journals and delivered keynote addresses. Dr. Sikander is a member of the editorial boards of several international journals. He has taught aviation courses at Vocational, College, and University levels. He is concurrently supervising Master and Ph.D. students. He has shared his aviation expertise with the world while being interviewed by Bloomberg on the missing Malaysian flight MH370.
