Tareq Salameh

Dr.Salameh is assistant professor in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering Department (SREE) at the College of Engineering at University of Sharjah in United Arab Emirates since 2013. While working in Hashemite University as lab supervisor between 2002 - 2008, Dr. Tareq had gotten full scholarship for Ph.D study in Energy Sciences Department at Lund University from European Commission through Erasmus Mundus Program where he was a Ph.D student in the Energy Sciences Department at Lund University between 2008 and 2012. He was also responsible about the renewable energy center in Applied Science University in Jordan where he had studied his undergraduate study between 1995 and 2000 and worked as lab supervisor between 2000 and 2002. His research interests focus on the area of heat transfer mechanism inside different type of applications such as heating of air inside solar air collector, internal passage cooling of gas turbine blade, heat exchanger, piping and duct system. He has also interest in the numerical simulation and modeling different energy and thermal systems by using in-house code and commercial software for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) or any other software programs used to simulate the overall performance of thermal and energy systems.
