Seedwell T.M. Sithole
Seedwell Sithole is a Lecturer, Accounting in the School of Business at Western Sydney University. He lectures at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Seedwell has more than 15 years’ experience of teaching, research and administration at leading international universities. Seedwell previously served as Head of Banking and Finance Discipline at Midlands State University and Head of Accounting Discipline at the University of Swaziland. His previous academic appointments have also included Lecturer in Accounting and Head Tutor at the University of Wollongong (Australia) and Lecturer in Accounting at the University of KwaZulu Natal (South Africa). Seedwell has a wealth of experience in various methods of teaching. His ongoing research interest is interdisciplinary and includes a broad range of issues in accounting education,finance financial accounting & regulation especially investigating ways of enhancing students learning in accounting. His research appeals to multiple theories and methodologies. Seedwell has published books and various journal articles. Prior to joining academia in 2000, Seedwell worked in the private sector for 6 years as an accountant of a listed retail company and as an assistant manager-accounting for a commercial bank.
