Daizo Yoshida
Dr. Daizo Yoshida, a certified neurosurgeon and oncologist, gained his PhD. in 1988 from the Nippon Medical Post-graduate School, in Japan. He served at the Department of Neurological Surgery, Yale University as a Post-Doctoral Fellow (1991-1993), and as a Visiting Research Scientist in 2002, respectively. His main areas of interest are neurosurgery and molecular biology. He received the Best Presentation Award at the 60th Annual Meeting of the Japan Neurosurgery Association. Dr. Yoshida has written over 50 articles, 9 case reports, and 6 chapters in the field of cancer study, cell biology, and glioma. He is a member of numerous distinguished societies such as IFAANS, the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the European Association of Neurosurgery (Senior Fellow), the European Association of Neuro-Oncology, and the World Federation of Neurosurgery.
