Tongli Chang
Tongli Chang is currently an Associate Professor in the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Northeast Forestry University, Harbin, China. He received his Doctor and Master degree from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. He had 11-year-working experience as an mechantronic system designer and engineer in an state-own specific purpose vechile enterprise of China. He received his Bachelor degree from the School of Vechicle Engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 1991.
